VX1937 TV encoder is a stand-alone integrated circuit that converts to 525-line (M) NTSC or 625-line (B, D, G, H, I, M, N, Nc) PAL composite video and S-video outputs.
VX1937 integrates a digital NTSC / PAL encoder with 10-bits DAC interfaces.
A high level of integration and performance makes the chip ideal for a variety of stand-alone and system-level integration solutions
The scan rate converter transforms the VGA horizontal scan-rate to either NTSC or PAL scan-rates. The resulting YUV signals are set to external frame buffer that is 16MB and supports up to 1280x1024 SXGA mode. (1600x1200 UXGA workable)
